The Worldwide Alliances & Channels organization at SAS provides global leadership developing and refining partner strategies and programs with our Strategic System Integrators. SAS is going through an exciting transformation, and our GIS partners is an essential part of that transformation.
As a Senior Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for a set of key GSIs, managing sales initiatives and strategies to ensure business growth. You are responsible for pipeline creation in collaboration with the regional sales teams. As a business partner to sales and other functional executives, you will employ strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to be a positive force for change. This is an outward-facing business development role, partnering with internal and external stakeholder interaction. This includes leveraging existing relationships and building new ones with the GSIs cross the Middle East.
As a Senior Alliance Specialist, you will:
Work with a specified set of GSIs partners to develop and execute business growth plans to generate new business on Accounts based in Saudi and Meta Region.
Develop and execute joint business plans with the GSIs that will lead to high-value go-to-market plans with an emphasis on net-new SAS revenue generation.
Define joint, value propositions and create detailed GTM market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace and providing new revenue opportunities.
Own the GSIs sales -execution strategy, with clear short-term and long-term revenue targets.
Collaborate with the extended sales teams to develop joint business plans on an Account level together with key stakeholders from both the GSI and SAS sales teams with an emphasis on driving net-new revenue scale with the GSIs.
Coordinate SAS Sales and GSI Client Account Teams to ensure open and transparent communication and collaboration on opportunities.
Ensure joint business plans and opportunities are developed and progressing.
Develop and facilitate relationships with all SAS stakeholders in the Middle East and fully participate in the execution of joint business plans and initiatives with the GSIs.
Scorecard reporting on current opportunities and pipeline. Track and report results (revenue, pipeline, and other key success metrics) to ensure that objectives are met.
Oversee partner and sales enablement both within SAS and the GSIs.

Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related field.
At least 8 years of sales / business development and partner business development within the software application industry (including related products and services).
Capacity to influence internal stakeholder and strong engagement with the sales and customer advisory leadership
A great Sales mind set and business sense with strong drive and the will to succeed
Being an Ambassador of the Alliance both within SAS as well as within the GSIs
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; must have high energy, motivated and a self starter.
Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with GSIs
Results driven. Tenacity, persists under tough circumstances. Resilient, overcomes obstacles. Focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in managing a large systems integrator
Experience partnering with and building relationships within GSIs.
Excellent knowledge of alliance techniques, business partner relationship development strategies.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Demonstrated team building and planning skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel.
