The position is responsible for supporting the country compliance manager in projects related to
AML, including setting up, implementing, and maintaining ongoing improvement of an effective
regulatory compliance program. In addition, the position responsible in handling alerts generated
in the AML System including transaction monitoring and name sanction screening alerts which arise
during the payment transactions or onboarding of a client whether at time of onboarding or
periodically. The role holder is also responsible to address AML and economic sanctions related
alerts to ensure efficient identification of ML risks and prompt reporting of suspicious transactions
ensuring reporting timeframes are being met in coordination with the Head of compliance /MLRO.
