Senior Analyst Capacity Planning (Airfield)

What You'll Deliver
- You'll be responsible for managing capacity analysis, the seasonal declaration, and airfield planning projects to provide key capacity input (i.e., for stands and runway) to into the Strategic Master plan of both Airports (DXB & DWC).
- You'll support the Capacity Planning team with airfield performance analysis, operational research, and other data-driven insights to provide capacity assurance and drive a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement, interfacing with key operational stakeholders.
- You'll identify airport capacity development that is aligned with forecast traffic growth at Dubai Airports to ensure growth opportunities for DA are maximised and maintain a strong rapport with key stakeholders (ANSP and airlines).
- You'll be responsible for maintaining, operating and updating simulation and operational planning tools, as well as developing and maintaining data libraries and dashboards, to ensure process and capacity requirements can be accurately modelled and analysed.
- You'll identify future airfield requirements based on the forecast schedule developed and be responsible for the assessment of the stands and runway capacity declaration process as part of the team.
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a bachelor's degree level (in a numerical subject) and have at least 4-6 years experience, including relevant experience in an analytical or operational research role, with experience in airports, aviation, operational research, etc. (preferably in a strategic or planning environment ).
- You'll have knowledge of working with large datasets and data visualisation tools, as the role will involve working with Tableau software daily, developing dashboards etc.
- You'll have proven experience in leading quantitative research projects end-to-end (from problem definition to presentation of results to management).
