Senior Analyst Enterprise Risk Management - (UAE National)

Job Purpose:

Provide specialist analytical support to the Enterprise Risk department of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Group (ADX Group) and its subsidiaries to facilitate the effective implementation of ERM processes, policies, procedures, and controls to successfully identify, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.

Key Accountabilities:

Provision of Specialist Support

Contribute to the planning and organizing of the work for the team to support timely achievement of unit objectives in line with quality standards.

Provide constructive feedback to the team members to support their overall development.

Promote the organization's values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.

Implement Enterprise Risk Management department policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity to contribute to optimized decision-making across senior management.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Support

Provide specialist support to the Manager Enterprise Risk in designing and refining the risk management framework, in line with ADX Group and its subsidiaries strategic objectives.

Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment across all organizational divisions and departments to ensure the effective design and implementation of appropriate mitigation and risk management measures, limiting ADX Group and its subsidiaries exposure to major adverse events. Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI) across ADX Group and its subsidiaries, providing early detection signs of enterprise risks to Senior Management.

Collaborate with ADX Group and its subsidiaries business divisions, providing training to foster an enterprise-wide risk management culture and enhance awareness, ensuring effective risk management practices.

Provide support with the execution of risk audits, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Participate in risk governance committees as required to ensure adherence of all departments/business divisions with established policies while providing expert advice on effective risk management and mitigation measures to protect all organizational assets and business interests.

Prepare and propose a risk assessment schedule to senior management, prioritizing risk assessment of potential risks, while contributing to the proactive risk management and mitigation efforts across ADX Group and its subsidiaries.

Execute regular scenario planning and stress testing exercises to evaluate the strength of ADX Group and its subsidiaries risk management framework when placed under pressure.

Remain up to date on risk trends and industry best practices, by conducting research to utilize findings to inform and refine risk management strategies and initiatives.

Prepare and produce reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with the Manager Enterprise Risk Ensure Management, providing feedback on risk trend analyses and findings, contributing to the efficient interpretation of risk management data for informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Risk and Business Continuity Management

Contribute to the effective implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and processes to promote a culture focusing on the achievement of world class standards in risk management, QHSE and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, or a related field.

Certifications as a Certified Risk Management Professional, Financial Risk Management (FRM), and Professional Risk Management (PRM) are preferred.

Overall Experience:

At least 6 years experience in similar operations and industry, preferably 2-3 of working in Securities/Stock Exchange
