Job Purpose:
Developing academic material intended for use at the SABIS Network of schools and ensuring their quality is up to SABIS standards, as well as providing support to schools and Regional Centers to ensure all exams are managed properly and the teaching pace at the schools is on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and reviewing SABIS textbooks and supplement books to ensure they follow the SABIS Point System and methodology.
- Developing and reviewing material for databanks to ensure that the quality of the questions is up to SABIS standards.
- Analyzing and evaluating issues on academic material to ensure all corrections and enhancements are applied.
- Reviewing technology material intended for academic use to provide students with a better learning experience.
- Approving developed content for SABIS subject material to ensure SABIS quality standards.
- Coaching and mentoring staff members to ensure that they have the support they need to be efficient and productive team members.
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management.
Ideal Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related subject is required
- A master's degree is a plus
- A teaching diploma is a plus
- A Language Senior Analyst needs to be an expert in the relevant language
- English is a must for all non-language senior analysts
