Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Dubai architectural office
- Experience in high-rise building projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project leadership- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
