Senior Architect

Design Zone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ID (Interior Design) fit-out shop drawings and a solid understanding of Revit software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed ID fit-out shop drawings LOD 400 for various projects.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors, coordinators and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.

Review and validate designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafters.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on design and technical matters.

Provide technical solutions for construction drawings, termination details and all needed details.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from remarkable university

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ID fit-out shop drawings

Must be proficient in Revit software.

Experience working on projects up to LOD 400--500 at Saudi Arabia.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent management and interpersonal skills
