- Responsible for design delivery for the discipline for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed in-house in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards
- Coordinates and interfaces design activities (drawings and specifications) with other design disciplines as part of an integrated design team
- Conducts design reviews and technical approvals as required whilst ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines
- Works collaboratively as part of the integrated project delivery team and reports into the project manager for activities that relate to the objectives of a project
Identify possible value engineering ideas to optimize costs/time and simplify delivery vis--vis building design
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Architecture or equivalent
