- Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Art Director with a strong background in agency environments and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the creative field. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead projects that captivate and engage. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable as it will add significant value to our diverse range of projects, especially those targeting the MENA region.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and growth
- Develop and oversee the visual aspects of advertising and media campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives, and timelines.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to nurture their talents and professional growth.
- Work seamlessly across departments, including copywriting, and project management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign executions.
- Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, on brand, and align with strategic goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in an art direction role within a creative or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
