We are looking for an experienced Senior ASP.NET Core Blazor developer to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). As a senior member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing robust and scalable web solutions using ASP.NET Core and Blazor technologies. You will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Web3 and web development best practices, along with proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects.
Lead the design, architecture, and development of ASP.NET Core Blazor Progressive Web Applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical solutions.- Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements and performance objectives.
Implement advanced features and functionality using ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team.- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of web applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and web development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials for future reference.
