Ensure the integrity of all site assets by implementing effective inspection of organization/process and lead the asset integrity team into achieving the department/business goals and objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that technology, methodology, and work process disciplines are fully and efficiently applied to satisfy the Company's needs as well as strict compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.
- Plan, coordinate and implement asset integrity strategy consistent with site objectives and EH&S regulations compliant.
- Ensure effective resource allocation through in-depth understanding of the business landscape, value chain of activities, and customer needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement risk-based inspection programs to improve asset integrity with strong focus on safety, cost containment and integrity.
- Work out asset integrity's continuous improvement by incorporating strategies, policies, codes of practice, procedures specifications and guidelines.
- Keep abreast of new technology/current best practices through participation in the industry trainings and forum.
- Develop asset integrity conditioning monitoring strategies and programs for loss containment purposes, including corrosion monitoring.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the Engineering Director.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant engineering field
