Job Purpose
Enable core business functions through comprehensive back-office support.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Corporate Marketing, IT, Procurement, and Legal Departments to facilitate Shared Services.
Oversee corporate policies and procedures implementation across all divisions.
Assist Head of Business Support in budget setting and policy development to optimize business performance and mandate delivery
Roles And Responsibilities
Supporting with recruitment, procurement, marketing, budgeting and IT system setup for the business.
Liaising with Finance, HR, Marketing , IT, Procurement and Legal Departments.
Submitting service requests to departments and monitoring the progress against the agreed SLAs in MOUs.
Reviewing and updating the Shared Services MOUs and procedures annually in consultation with Head of Business Support and other Heads of Departments.
Providing the operational progress updates to the Senior Management Team as per the reporting schedule.
Ensuring ongoing business side maintenance of the business processes in ARIS and continually refining the processes with the Division Heads.
Prepare and/or consolidate comprehensive reports, documentation, correspondence, briefing notes, etc. and conduct research in the area of work.
Actively seek and use feedback to improve business processes and procedures
Liaising with stakeholder internally and externally .
Manage and update contracts matrix periodically.
Qualification And Experience
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 6+ years of experience in experience in business management within the Middle East.

Technical And Interpersonal Skills
Good understanding and experience in Business Support department operations.
Proficiency in maintaining and administering ARIS, Salesforce, and Oracle systems, providing a valuable advantage.
Hands-on experience in procurement processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
Strong background in finance and budgeting, with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems used in business operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and optimize processes.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Management or IT Management.
Business Process Management and Project Management Certifications Preferable..
