Job Purpose
Support in executing, managing, and reporting corporate and development funding activities, including debt issuances, equity offerings, and financing arrangements.
Assist in financial risk management by identifying and analyzing risks, developing mitigation strategies, and preparing reports on financial risk exposure for senior management.

Roles And Responsibilities
Investment Analysis:
- Support business planning and investment analysis processes
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and sensitivity analysis on investment proposals
- Collaborate with business lines (AM/DM) in reviewing investment proposals
- Assist in identifying key risk drivers from feasibility models and commercial considerations of proposed transactions
Capital Allocation:
- Assist in analyzing project financing structures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data for financial models
- Support in delivering financial analysis and drafting briefing materials
- Participate in fund-raising activities and help with fund structure setup
- Assist in analyzing working capital and off-plan financing solutions
- Support in periodic reviews of group return hurdles and cost of capital
- Provide assistance in ad-hoc credit analysis and dealing with credit rating agencies
- Contribute data for data-driven recommendations on capital allocation decisions and strategic planning
- Assist in analyzing the company's financial structure and various capital sources, including credit rating impact
Company Initiatives:
- Provide support in originating strategic initiatives (M&A, equity & debt capital raise)
- Assist with Investment Appraisals as part of the decision-making process
- Assist in executing live transactions and liaising with counterparties and advisors
- Assist in providing financial outputs of consolidated business plans
- Aid in maintaining and improving corporate financial models
Qualification And Experience
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 6+ years of experience in big 4, or blue-chip corporate environment.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
Technical And Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Real estate or related industry is preferred.
- Good analytical skills, presentational skills, attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- High level of professional and personal ethical standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), adept at building strong relationships and teamwork
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in finance or economics from a reputable university.
