Senior Associate (Corporate)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer - Senior Associate to join our client's esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide legal support on various corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on corporate legal matters.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes and ensure all legal aspects are addressed.
• Provide general legal support to the corporate legal team.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a leading law firm or multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
