- Apply expertise in strategy development, value architecture, and operating models to lead clients through transformative journeys in digital.
- Design and lead innovative programs that translate business diagnostics into practical digital solutions.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the account level by assessing business gaps and aligning strategies to client goals.
- Lead a structured approach to addressing business challenges within the digital ecosystem, driving impactful solutions.
- Champion the value of digital capabilities (e.g., digital marketing, customer experience, analytics, mobility) and help clients define their needs and roadmaps for digital transformation.

- Project experience across various industries, with a focus on sectors such as Public Sector, Financial Services, Retail, Construction, or Oil & Gas.
- 3+ years of experience in growth strategy, with a focus on market penetration, product expansion, or diversity strategy.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) highly preferred.
