Senior Associate - Public Equity

Hays are currently working with a top tier firm in Dharan who partner with best-in-class investment firms and directly invest in debt, equity, and real assets on behalf of managed funds and portfolios.

They are looking to onboard a Senior Associate to join their Internal Portfolio Management division and support with allocating capital across multiple asset classes and geographies. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for idea generation, portfolio monitoring and management, trade execution and maintaining relationship with external managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
• MBA / CFA preferred
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills / Arabic preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistics
