Job Description

  • Ensure all the sales agents comply with the quality guidelines in terms of documentation to align with CCHI/SAMA regulations.
  • Review exceptions against the guidelines to ensure it is mitigated as per the guidelines laid down and share reports with stakeholders
  • Communicate to the sales agents on the documentation requirements through dedicated sessions.
  • Update and align all segments by set meetings and communication channels.
  • Recommend developments for all internal documents, materials, business requirements, and checklists.
  • Participate in enhancing internal systems, run testing and communicate updates with stakeholders.
