Senior Auditor

Our client, a well-established Certified Public Accountants and Consultants firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join their Riyadh office. This role involves leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the growth of their audit practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audit and accounting, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.

- Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with International Standards of Audit (ISA) and firm policies.

- Review audit workpapers, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Serve as the primary contact for clients during audit engagements.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service.

- Identify opportunities for business development and support growth initiatives.

- Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.

- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, fostering professional growth.

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to the development of training programs.

- Ensure audit engagements comply with Saudi regulations, Zakat, Tax laws, and international standards.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

- Strong knowledge of ISA, IFRS, and local Zakat and Tax regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
