We are seeking an experienced Senior Bartender
to join our dynamic team at a luxury hotel under the prestigious Jumeirah Group in Dubai. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by crafting exquisite beverages, maintaining the bar, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Create and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standards.- Manage bar operations, including inventory control and cleanliness.
Engage with guests to provide personalized and memorable service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in training and supervising junior bar staff.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in high luxury hotels.- Strong knowledge of mixology and bar operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering world-class service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
AED 3000 - 4000 per month.- Incentive structure based on performance.
