Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
- Maintain, and repair all site steel structure and equipment.
- Maintain all Fabrication and welding as per international Standard.
- Build, Review and implement Maintenance strategy
- Overhaul and repair process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose faults and conduct repairs on plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all steel structure and machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize plant equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Provide maintenance supervision and insuring of executing the job safely for the team.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker Supervisor preferably with a specialization on steel structure and equipment
- Strong understanding of welding and fabrication type and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to supervise and advice boilermaker team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanical fitting
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BOILERMAKER with a specialization in 3 TYPE OF WELDING TYPE (minimum 10 years of relevant experience).
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication procedure as well repair techniques.
- Experience in overhauling and repairing plant equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in Boilie making, maintenance and repair.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certification or trade qualification in fabrication and welding.
