The Senior Brand manager is the brand leader, leading the overall brand strategy, positioning, yearly calendar and budget planning. The SBM is also leading the activities execution. The SBM is the go-to person to everything marketing related to their brand.
Lead the brand positioning, overall communication and yearly calendar development.
Formulate and implement brand growth strategy, clear growth pillars and enablers to achieve the brand business and marketing objectives.
Lead and plan the yearly research calendar, including agency management, reporting quality and action plan recommendations.
Set the brand equity KPIs using all the available research and plan the yearly activities accordingly.
Ensure implementation of budgeted activities within designated timelines.
Manage the after-sales marketing activities, end-to-end.
Formulate brand marketing budget in accordance with brand strategy.
Monthly accrual management
Monthly budget update (actual vs. planned), PR/POs
Handle all the needed processes with procurement and finance teams.
Maintain communication with OEMs with regards to all marketing activities in line with corporate guides.
Communicate with business unit heads to ensure that activities are aligned with changes.
Manage ongoing communication with advertising agency to develop and generate communication messages in accordance to customer centric strategy.
Align with channel sales to identify programs to generate incremental sales.
Ensure outlets (sales & service) are in-line with brand visual guides in collaboration with DEP department.
Ensure that all showrooms and outlets have regular supply of updated POS materials.
Drive consumer understanding and insights that defines our prime prospects needs, attitudes and values for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
Lead all brand related projects in alignment with marketing department and business unit heads.
Analyze consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth through SSI, CSI and call center reports.
Expand usage of non-utilized media channels to increase target segment reach.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of International Business and Marketing
Required Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience
Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite
Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
