Job Description: Business Analyst Leasing (Yardi Specialist)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Leasing (Yardi) to join our team. This functional role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and Yardi system functionalities. You will play a key role in formulating a robust Retail/Leasing strategy, addressing current system inefficiencies, and integrating touchpoints with CRM, ERP, and Reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand leasing and retail business processes.
- Document business requirements and map them to Yardi functionalities.
Yardi System Optimization:
- Analyze current Yardi usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Reduce dependency on manual processes and Excel files by streamlining workflows within Yardi.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Retail/Leasing strategy.
- Ensure alignment with overall business goals and integration with CRM, ERP, and Reporting systems.
Functional Support:
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Yardi configurations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and test system changes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the Yardi technical team.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure optimal Yardi adoption.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Support data migration and cleanup efforts to improve data accuracy in Yardi.
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports for better decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Leasing/Retail domain.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi systems, including configuration and functional support.
- Strong understanding of leasing processes, retail strategies, and related CRM/ERP integrations.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing workflows to eliminate manual processes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing or optimizing Yardi systems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP platforms, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
