Excellent analytical skills and a passion for detail the candidate must demonstrate an ability to logically divide a problem and identify and resolve contradictions and ambiguities.
Liaise among diverse stakeholders to drive requirements gathering and analysis, and user acceptance process for new and existing systems
Produce clear, concise, and unambiguous facts critical to successful product delivery, including business requirement documents, functional specifications including use case and models, UAT Plan and Test Scripts, and estimates
Guide the design, development, and documentation of system process workflows and various implementation activities that deliver business solutions required of the business
Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to facilitate the development of graphical user interfaces and applications
Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Stay current with Business needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process when needed.
Elicit and document business and systems requirements
Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines, especially for Business Analysis Stage.

Worked on Waterfall, Agile software development environment
Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking)
