Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a robust background in BPMN standards and business process modeling. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in creating SRS, BRD, user stories, user journeys, flow charts, IA, site maps, and other BA documentation. The Senior BA will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Software industry experience in creating SRS, user stories, BRD, and flow charts
• Strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation.
• Extensive experience in creating SRS, BRD.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Hubstaff to calculate the working hours
