Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - iGaming

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements: Translate high level business requirements to low level technical requirements ready for development
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, operations teams, and technical experts, to gather and document business requirements for various iGaming projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the iGaming operations.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and workflows to help streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined business requirements and work closely with development and QA teams during testing phases.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Proficient in communicating and writing in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- A passion for well documented functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and slack will be considered an asset.
