We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and requirements gathering. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of our clients.
Business Analysis:
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop data models and data flows to support business processes.
- Work with data engineers and analysts to extract, transform, and load data.
Solution Design
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Define system requirements and create technical specifications.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Project Management
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and make decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates must be located in Egypt.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Understanding of industry-specific business processes and challenges.
