We are looking for a talented Senior Business Developer to join our team
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target clients based on the company's offerings and market segments.
Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Negotiate and close high-value deals in a timely and effective manner and follow up contract terms.
Create new Business opportunities, with new customers and existing customers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Proven B2B sales track record.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferably own a car
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
Ability to work in diverse industries and experience various company cultures.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business management, sales, or a relevant field.
