Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with businesses, agencies, and organizations to enhance Hyre's offerings. Your primary objective will be to drive measurable results that benefit Hyre while expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge of IT software products, e-commerce, marketplace, or Fintech.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and handle uncertainty effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire and retain users, both freelancers, and clients, by implementing engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and effective customer relationship management.
- Promote Hyre's products and services to prospective clients through compelling demo presentations and proposals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at achieving financial gain and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise strategies for market expansion and brand awareness.
- Work in tandem with the sales and design teams to ensure alignment with conversion rates and profit goals.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with clients to secure new business deals or modify existing agreements as necessary.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management regarding the effectiveness of strategies and areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and customer needs.
