The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and revenue streams in Dubai and across the UAE. This position is ideal for someone well-connected within the healthcare sector, with a strong background in business development and marketing.

Job Title: Business Development Senior Manager (Senior BD Manager to BD Director, based on experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

1. Revenue Streams Expansion:

• Develop and implement strategies to add new revenue streams from CBD doctors, clinics, medical centers, medical tourism, medical packages, etc.

1. Market Share Growth:

• Increase the overall Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) market share for the hospital within Dubai and the UAE.

1. Market Reach Enhancement:

• Enhance market reach through digital marketing, SEO, personal marketing (offline, word of mouth, doctors own marketing), and events.

1. Patient Base Expansion:

• Grow the patient base through various channels such as part-time doctors association, referral agents, corporate tie-ups, etc.

1. New Markets and Products:

• Access new markets, demographics, and geographies; introduce new products and packages.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the profile is strong.
