Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Flick in Dubai. The role involves implementing top-level strategies to increase brand awareness, perception, and value through creative and innovative approaches. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business growth strategies, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in client relationship management and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
• Team leadership and project management skills
• Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new clients across various industries.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and influencers.

- Identify and qualify leads, understand client needs, and propose tailored media production solutions.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

- Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
