Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and analytics, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

   •   Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau.

   •   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

   •   Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and data analysis to ensure accurate and reliable data delivery.

   •   Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability.

   •   Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

   •   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

   •   Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

   •   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

   •   10+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.

   •   Expertise in Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau, with a proven track record of delivering complex BI projects.

   •   Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.

   •   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

   •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

   •   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

   •   Experience with other BI tools and technologies.

   •   Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services.

   •   Certification in Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau.
