Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Camp Boss to manage our large-scale labor accommodations, housing over 10,000 occupants. This role requires a proven leader who can oversee camp operations efficiently, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compliant living environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp management and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the accommodation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy and employee movements
- Address and resolve any issues or grievances from camp occupants promptly and professionally
- Supervise the camp staff and ensure that they are trained and motivated
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure that employee needs are met
Skills and Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large labor camps with over 10,000 residents
- Strong understanding of the cultural norms and regulations of the Gulf region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Fluency in Multiple Languages is preferred
