Senior Capital Markets Associate

The Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising corporates, sovereigns, financial institutions, and trustees across conventional and Shariah-compliant transactions. This role includes expertise in Sukuk, bonds, regulatory capital, securitizations, and public company matters. In equity markets, experience with IPOs, secondary offerings, and regional listings is essential. This is a unique opportunity to drive client success in high-stakes transactions across international markets.

Technical skills

• Strong academic record, including a degree or equivalent.
• 5-9 PQE level.
• Extensive, in-depth knowledge Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
• Experience of acting as transaction counsel on securitisation and structured finance transactions is advantageous.
• You will ideally have experience of working with international clients in the finance sector.
• Ability to work with a degree of independence.
• Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability.
