Job Purpose
About the Role:
To provide express control tower support.
What You Will Do
- Respond to queries on flights, schedules, and shipment status to support express operations and customer service.
- Update and maintain express systems with shipment status and details, along with the monitoring of discrepancies of import and export shipments.
- Monitor and verify daily operational reports and dashboards.
- Receive internal customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support internal customers via the provision of information and query responses.
Qualifications & Experience
Express & Courier Logistics/Cargo.Other : 3+ Years
Knowledge/Skills
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Must have knowledge of typing, telex and cargo/import Must have worked in Express and Courier operations preferably in a control tower environment for minimum 3 years.
