About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Control Manager to lead our change initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
The Senior Change Control Manager plays a crucial role within our organization by leading and overseeing the implementation of IT change initiatives. They are responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions during organizational transformations, and leading a team of change management professionals. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to define change objectives.
The Senior Change Control Manager identifies and assesses potential risks and obstacles to change, develops mitigation plans to minimize disruption, and creates and implements communication and training plans to ensure employees are prepared and equipped for change implementation.
