Job Title: Senior Civil Construction Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Civil Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work adheres to quality, safety, and environmental standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee construction planning, field design review, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Planning and scheduling: Shall understand and monitor the schedule. Understanding of the critical path and its monitoring in overall aspect. Shall monitor the delays and support planning department with draft delay analysis.
Site Supervision:
- Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Experience of the deep excavation up to depth of 25-30 m. Diaphragm walls, sheet piling. Piling all types. General structural works and coordinations
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice and support to project teams, contractors, and clients.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction. Coordinate with quality team. Shall know the regarding ITP/ methodologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Must be able to calculate the manpower requirements.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering
Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in civil construction engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Shall be able to create draft notifications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in construction work.
- Location: Primarily on-site with some office work.
- Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
