Job Description:
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specialized in civil engineering projects to join our Commissioning team in Riyadh, KSA. The role will be responsible for overseeing the entire commissioning process from planning to execution through to handover. The SME excels in developing project documentation, including standards, processes, guidelines, and commissioning plans, to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, codes, and standards. This ensures projects are operationally ready at handover. He/She oversees testing across all project stages to verify that developments are correctly tested and that the design intent is achieved. Expertise includes coordinating with multi-discipline teams and project stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that optimize the performance and reliability of assets. Ideal candidate should demonstrate history of working on civil engineering projects, including tunnels, roads, bridges and concrete structures.

BSc in Building Services, Civil Engineering - preferred

PMP Project Management Professional
LEED AP (BD+C), desirable but not essential
