to support Company's project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Location: Dubai, UAE (with a minimum, initial 3-month full-time secondment in Riyadh, KSA,
with possible extension)

Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design and structural engineering
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and standards codes and guidelines
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Ability to work in a BIM environment is an advantage
- Experience with Midas GENor ETABS/SAP2000
- UAE/GCC experience is required
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary design team
- Effective communication skills
- Professional English knowledge in both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to lifelong learning
- Good supervision and management skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Modify existing design documents and revise details as needed, including performing analysis, calculations, and technical document revisions.
- Extract engineering information from CAD drawings, preparing computations, material quantity take-offs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
- Ensure design accuracy by collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site engineering issues or discrepancies, providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Coordinate with the design team to implement necessary modifications during construction.
- Provide input on cost-effective and efficient construction methods and materials.
- Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials, review supplier drawing submittals, and perform technical bid analyses.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local building codes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of site reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers.
- Interface regularly with other engineering disciplines and departments.
- Act in an advisory capacity to senior management on engineering-related matters.
