MCG Talent are partnered with a large corporate business who are looking for an Arabic Senior Communications Director to join their team, based in Qatar.
The position will require bilingual Arabic and English and will require you to be based in Doha. Our client will support with relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, and shareholder presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely communication of performance and corporate strategy to stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective internal communication programs to enhance employee engagement and alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead the development of external communication strategies, including media relations, public relations, and corporate branding.
- Manage relationships with key media outlets, analysts, and industry influencers.
- Establish and refine communication processes and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve communication workflows and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to corporate communications.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to manage communication around regulatory matters and disclosures.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of international experience in communications, with a significant focus on financial and shareholder communications.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and corporate governance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global reach.
