A Very well-known Marketing Agency in Alexandria located in Loran is looking for Community Moderator.
Duties and responsibilities: -
Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or
reactive moderation) within comments, images, videos, and audio, liaising with
the Legal and Community team where required.
Improve lead management processes for enabling maximum lead conversion
Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
Manage accounts and process emails and complaints, escalating when necessary
Moderate communities located in social networking sites and groups including Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodologywhere appropriate.
Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes
Regularly feedback on the insights gained from community moderation to the Digital team
Monitor all industries and news to anticipate a potential issue.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on time, making sure to adhere to
the Brand and Audience Strategies.
Report the general sentiment, insights, keywords, and results from such online
conversations.
Regular Page clean-up from the off-target audience, noting the surges and differences and
reporting them.
Define milestones, determine metrics and actions to reach the agreed-upon Community
Strategy goals, objectives, and targets.
View and analyze Page or Group Insights, and report data quantitatively and
qualitatively.
Create, delete, and schedule posts on Pages or Groups.
Qualifications: -
Experience 1- 3 years of experience as a moderator.
Excellent written skills in Arabic and English.
Writing and research skills.
Social media platforms and trends updated.
