Senior Compliance Manager

A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their compliance function at group level.

Based out of their Abu Dhabi HQ, the Senior Compliance Manager will report into the Director of Compliance and will assist in embedding the compliance program across each of the subsidiary companies. Responsibilities will include drafting and implementing policies and procedures relating to ethics, bribery, corruption, third party integrity, trade controls and sanctions. You will also lead the screening team so a strong experience in this area is essential as well as strong training experience.

Candidates with a broad compliance background would be well suited to this role. This is a particularly exciting time to join the team as the company are going through a period of growth and the Senior Compliance Manager would play an integral role in shaping the development of the compliance function.

Candidates with at least 8 years of experience and coming from a legal background are highly preferred. The ability to build effective working relationships is absolutely essential. Those with a professional compliance or governance certifications or working toward a compliance or governance certification are of particular interest.
