Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant at Alliance Investment in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, analyzing property investments, providing strategic advice to clients, managing client relationships, and negotiating real estate deals. The Senior Consultant will also collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive real estate solutions and contribute to business development efforts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM, CRE) are a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
