Your key duties
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our advisory team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia specialising in Asset Management Consulting. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them optimise their asset management strategies.
- Develop and implement requirements management strategies and processes.
- Capture, document, and validate project requirements from all stakeholders.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Facilitate requirements review and approval processes.
- Maintain a requirements management database and ensure timely updates.
- Conduct requirements analysis and impact assessments.
- Provide training and support to project team members on requirements management best practices.
- Monitor and report on requirements management performance and compliance with project standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to requirements management.
Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in requirements management, preferably in large infrastructure or rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with systems engineering and requirements engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and standards related to requirements management.
- Certification in requirements management or related fields.
