Role Overview:
As a Senior Consultant within our dynamic Deal Advisory team, you'll focus on Real Estate corporate finance, playing a key role in a diverse range of projects. From valuations and transactions to feasibility studies and business development, you'll leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality results that impact our clients success.
Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Engagement Delivery: Leading the engagement end-to end from engagement execution standpoint which includes the following actions in engagement life cycle.
- Opportunity identification, necessary risk management and proposal development
- Detailed market and financial feasibility and business plan for real estate developments.
- Highest and best-use option studies for real estate and other urban developments.
- Market research/opportunity assessment studies.
- Development/review of financial models for real estate assets.
- Corporate real estate strategy development.
- Real Estate property valuation (for transactions and IFRS purposes).
- Real estate business performance reviews.
- Due diligence for target real estate and retail entities/brands
- Support on fund raising for real estate and related developments.
- Real estate policies and procedure manuals for corporates.
- Mentoring the team members, exchange of feedback on continuous basis and enhancing the team bonding as necessary
- Business Development: Support/initiate the business development activities/initiatives on a continuous basis in a pro-active manner as necessary to achieve the financial KPIs.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Deals consulting
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with MBA (Finance major) or CA or CFA will be an added advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Previous experience with a Big 4/Real Estate Advisory Firm is preferable.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Power Point and Excel
- Advanced Financial Modeling skill with strong knowledge of use of Macros & VBA
- Data visualization tool application such as Power BI
- High quality of report writing and presentation skill.
