SWATX is seeking a highly knowledgeable Senior Consultant specializing in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Ceph, and OpenStack to enhance our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments
- Manage and maintain Ceph storage solutions integrated with OCP for efficient data management
- Configure and deploy OpenStack-based cloud solutions tailored to client specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess client needs and develop customized solutions
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting expertise for OCP, Ceph, and OpenStack deployments
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud environments
- Create comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and best practices
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in container and cloud solutions
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Red Hat OCP, Ceph, and OpenStack
- Deep understanding of container orchestration and microservices architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, networking, and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting
