Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and measurable results
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide actionable insights and contribute to client solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement innovative solutions
- Assist in proposal preparation and business development initiatives for high-value engagements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to a culture of trust and collaboration
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consulting or transformation-focused roles, ideally with Big Four experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting transformation projects and strategy execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market research and benchmarking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
