Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in presales and consultation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint and Viva. As a Senior Consulting Engineer, you will be responsible for consulting, designing and optimizing solutions that leverage these platforms to drive business transformation and improve organizational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of POC/Demo of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint and Viva.
- Integrate mentioned solutions to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technical team members.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in solution development and deployment.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical queries and providing expert advice.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay current with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Viva.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, case studies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in presales or consultant role with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Viva.
- Proven experience in designing solutions using Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Viva and their applications in business environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
