The Senior Consulting Manager of Business Process Re-engineering will support transformation initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in process reengineering within the consulting industry and have a proven track record of delivering significant business improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business process reengineering or business transformation, preferably at a senior consulting manager level in a consulting firm.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and change management frameworks.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and drive consensus across departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic direction for business process reengineering initiatives to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence.
- Participate in the assessment and redesign of critical business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the identification of key performance metrics and support the successful execution of reengineering projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, based on industry best practices and data-driven analysis.
- Help ensure that all process improvements align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, mentoring teams on reengineering methodologies.
