Job Duties And Responsibilities

Create engaging and creative written content for social channels.

Write attention-grabbing titles, accurate video descriptions, and video metadata.

Incorporate relevant video tags and keywords for SEO optimization.

Foster positive community engagement by responding to comments.

Stay updated with industry trends and viral topics.

Assist in coordinating collaborations and promotions.

Respond to messages, complaints, inquiries, and feedback of the community members.

Encourage the creation of user-generated content.

Monitor recent social media topics and trends.

Identify potential issues that may affect our brand image by monitoring customer reviews, social media conversations, and community forums.

Suggest ways to improve our brand reputation.

Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication (experience in content writing, digital media, or related field)

E-commerce background.

Persuasive presentation and storytelling skills.

Professional level of Arabic/ English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with Social platform and SEO best practices.

Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
