About The Role
Key Responsibilities:- Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and maintaining documentation.
- Track and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Lead the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve contractual issues.
- Address and resolve disputes related to contract terms, when necessary.
About The Candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and contract regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skill
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
